Please take a moment to read thoroughly.
These details help keep classes safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone — and they might even make you smile.
Key Policies
Arrivals: Arrive at least 5 minutes early (10 if you are new). The door closes 2 minutes before class—think of it as a cozy little boundary that keeps everyone safe.
Late arrivals: Late arrivals may not be admitted. Once classes begin, access from outside won’t be available - reformers don’t like surprises, and mid‑class entrances aren’t safe.
Cancellation Window: Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid losing your credit or incurring a fee. After that, the reformer assumes you’re standing it up.
Waitlist: If a spot opens, up to 5 people will be notified. The first one to confirm gets the spot. Just don’t get trigger happy like a Jeopardy contestant - make sure you can still attend, to avoid losing your credit or incurring a fee.
No‑Shows: No‑shows incur a fee or lose the class credit. No refunds or rollovers. In true emergencies, we may return a credit at our discretion. These situations are rare and evaluated individually to keep things fair for all clients.
Phones: Phones must be silenced and stowed. If you’re monitoring an emergency, keep it discreet—no mid‑class FaceTimes.
Grip socks: Grip socks are required. If your toes arrive unprepared, we have lovely socks available for purchase.
Clothing & jewelry: Please avoid clothing with zippers, snaps, or metal hardware, and remove jewelry when possible. The reformers are sensitive creatures and prefer not to be scratched or accessorized.
Water: Bring a water bottle that won’t roll away and start its own Pilates journey. A refill station is available if your bottle arrives empty or simply wants to feel fancy.
Retail vs classes: Gift cards can be used for classes only. Retail lives in its own universe. Retail purchases and class purchases are processed separately because technology insists on being complicated.
Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must generally be 16+, We may allow participants in the age range of 13-15 with owner approval only, parent or guardian must sign a waiver and may be asked to remain on-site.
Medical Considerations: If you’re pregnant, recently postpartum, or managing an injury, please let us know before class so we can keep you safe, supported, and not accidentally inventing new Pilates shapes.
Intro Session Requirement for Beginners: New to reformer? You’ll start with an Intro Session so you can learn the ropes (and springs) before joining group classes. It’s like a friendly orientation, minus the awkward icebreakers.
Cleaning: Please wipe down any equipment you used after class. Supplies are provided, and your future self — and the next client — will silently thank you.
Retail: Grip socks and select retail items available for purchase. Your toes and your wardrobe will both be delighted.
Gift cards: Valid for classes only. Retail lives in its own separate little universe.
Membership freeze: Yes — twice per membership year for up to 14 calendar days. Just give us 7 days’ notice so we can press the pause button without breaking the internet. All active credits will be extended for the length of the freeze. Freezes are meant for life hiccups, travel, or moments when your schedule decides to rebel.
Membership cancellation: Cancel at least 3 days before renewal; changes apply to the next billing cycle. No dramatic breakup speech required.
Membership changes: Upgrades/downgrades apply to the next billing cycle. Find your Goldilocks zone — not too many classes, not too few, just right.
Non‑transferable: Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Pilates is generous, but your membership is not.
Unused credits: Do not roll over. This keeps you consistent and prevents the “I’ll do all 12 classes this week” panic.
Studio Schedule Changes
What happens if the studio’s schedule changes?
Class times may occasionally be adjusted if a session doesn’t have enough regular participants. If we need to make a change, we’ll always give one month’s notice, even if your membership is frozen or the change overlaps with a holiday. Everyone gets the same heads‑up.
If a schedule change affects your ability to attend, you’ll have ample time to use any remaining credits and cancel future billing if needed. We’d hate to see you go, and we encourage you to check back in — the schedule evolves, and you may find a class that fits your rhythm again. Our goal is to keep the timetable strong, consistent, and supportive of your experience. Think of it as the schedule doing a little Pilates of its own.
The one‑month membership adjustment window applies to active members only. Freezes pause your classes, not the studio’s schedule — so if you’re on hold during a schedule change, you may miss that window.
Holiday & Closure Policy
Wellth includes planned studio reset periods throughout the year, including around major holidays, instructor resets, and scheduled vacations. These breaks are built into your membership pricing and help us maintain a high‑quality, intentional experience. We announce all planned resets (other than obvious holidays) well in advance, and you’re always welcome to freeze your membership during the same period, whether you’ll be away or simply prefer to pause your credits while the studio rests, per our standard freeze terms. Please let us know at least 7 days in advance so we can adjust your membership smoothly and keep the tech gods happy.
In the rare event of an unplanned closure (illness, emergency, weather, etc.), any affected classes will be credited back to your account, and we’ll communicate updates as quickly as possible.
